How We Build the Best Custom Sheds in Massachusetts
Some shed builders skimp on materials to save money. Not us. At Parker Sheds, we use the highest quality materials to make sure your outdoor shed stands the test of time. Unlike big box stores, we have no middleman, so we can offer higher quality materials without the price markup.
Instead of pressed wood lumber or particle board, we use the best lumber available for your build. Architect Shingles come standard on our sheds, unlike many other companies who use 3-tab shingles with the option to pay more for Architect shingles. We use PVC soffits and fasicas on all of our vinyl buildings, unlike many others who use wrapped aluminum. Our buildings are constructed with studs 16″ on-center, instead of 24″ on-center used by many of our competitors.

Warranty Information
Our reputation is very important to us! Parker Sheds will install your sheds free of structural defects. All buildings come with a five-year warranty against defects in material in workmanship and a thirty-year structural and roof shingle warranty.
Purchaser is required to care for and maintain their shed. Parker Sheds reserves the right to revoke all warranties in cases of neglect, abuse, or improper usage.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Painting on LP Smart Side and Clapboard are considered routine maintenance and are only covered under warranty for the first year.
- Excluding all doors, windows, screens, ramps, siding, winds over 55 MPH, or natural disasters.
- This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. There are no other warranties expressed or implied, either oral or in writing.
- Our sheds are sold with intended use of household and yard storage. Any changes to the intended use by the purchaser then becomes the responsibility of the purchaser to maintain.
